...never really have...but if i did, dont think it would be a problem for me...we bumped heads all time growing up but we alwayz managed to take care of business...lol...do know some ppl though that end up getting fired over problems with a relative they work with...

Well ive done it and seen it. What made me think of this was when i was working at a restaurant as my second job (which actually made me think to ask this question). The supervisor had gotten her best friend as job there as a waitress...They bumped heads all the time! One of them said she actually felt like she was losing her best friend over the job. She quit after a couple of months of working there lol

I have worked with friends, It was actually one of my friends that got me a job at the bank...we still get along but we dont hangout like we used to...
i think it does change things with friends...i could work with them but rather not :)

as of family? noooo wouldnt want to! lol

used to werk with a cousin of mine does that count ? takes a mutual understanding shared tween the 2 who're related... never had a prob with it...actually often times i was kinda glad another on staff understood tha points i was comin from.

well...don+t make me scared LOL.
My family, my husband, my two adult sons and lil me have just started an own company
but with different positions.

I think those positions are a must to make it work, to avoid confusing about what to do.

worked with family before n all my experiences were good, was just one of those things where i knew i wasn't gonna get any special treatment, in fact i was probably worked harder bcuz i was family lol.....really jus depends on the people involved n attitudes they bring bout takin care of bizness
